“Modern 2 bed room 2 bath loft located near downtown Asheville with reserved parking. Short drive to Biltmore. All the modern conveniences. Everything you could want for a visit to Asheville.”

“My wife and I chose this location to celebrate our 25 wedding anniversary. We loved our stay at the Inn! The staff greeted us on the porch as we pulled up to the house. We stayed in the Arbor Room and loved every aspect of relaxing in the house when we were not touring Asheville. The porches meant as much to us as our own room for just enjoying cookies and coffee, and chatting with the other guests. If you stay several days, everyone feels like family. We would certainly stay here again……

“Spacious room, despite the road noise. This room has a large balcony patio but no furniture to even enjoy it. The pull out couch is not what you may expect not a true pull out with mattress more of a foldout onto the floor. Upon check in we were told housekeeping every other day, but apparently that starts after 3 nights of stay??? Family of 4 in a room means you will likely run out of things and trash will accumulate. Seems like staff doesn’t really truly know housekeeping policy. Otherwise……

“Loved my home away from home while visiting Asheville. The property is secluded and feels private but still very walkable to the restaurants and downtown attractions. The staff was just the best- super friendly and shared so many great restaurant and event suggestions. The daily breakfast was so delicious as well- I truly loved my stay here - not enough great things to say!”

“It was clean. It was well located within the city even if it is beside the highway. It is incredibly noisy and after being woken up multiple times despite exhaustion, a sound machine, and a second ambient noise machine, I asked to be moved and considered myself lucky to be moved to the other side of the building on a low floor. I really should have just left. There is no elevator, no laundry, no coffee machine in the room. Items were not necessarily cleaned and I found old fruit in a bowl left……

“No issues with our reservation and stay. Breakfast was delicious. This hotel has valet parking only. Location was close to restaurants and music venues.”

“Fantastic location, enormous bedroom and and bath. The bathroom had a soaker tub with separate shower, a huge vanity, a TV and a phone. Well priced with a wonderful staff and very prompt valet parking attendants. We wished there was a light breakfast included, but the restaurants around were very good.”
