"Cleaning crew was great, but they would take our towels without giving us new ones. The buffet is also terrible, $25 for canned vegetables, literally. Property is very nice, but it is not in a walkable part of town, you will need to uber 1000%."

"The grounds are very well kept and the pool is fabulous. The room is scantily furnished and seems bare. We had a room with the bed and the TV in the loft. The front desk kept pushing taxis as the best mode of transportation and would not provide information on the public bus system."

"Arrived in the dark after delays at the car hire, popped across the road to a Tex Mex restaurant 2 minutes away which was excellent, and left shortly after breakfast to drive to La Fortuna so only the briefest of stays but hotel was clean, friendly, 2 large beds per room with an excellent pool area where breakfast was also served. Perfect for our stopover."

"Room and pool were great. Staff was awesome. We had a tour pickup at the time dining room opened, they prearranged a packed breakfast for us. Love you for making a rough arrival a better day."

"Airport shuttle comes every half hour, and the staff from the airport was very helpful in directing people where to go. Nice big clean room. The only thing I was super disappointed in was the pool. The pool is the smallest pool I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Good thing we were able to use the pool at the sister hotel, Double Tree, which was much nicer. All in all, it was a good experience "
