「Best part of stay: View from back deck watching the pacific and sunset」

「Front desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Even though I had done all of the pre-check work in advance, it took 15 minutes to check in. Every device that we had needed a special and different Wi-Fi code, the breakfast restaurant at the hotel doesn’t open until 8:30 AM, and there is really nothing to do within a 20 minute drive of the hotel surprisingly. The amenities and reviews online were not representative of what we found when we arrived. I would not The amenities and reviews online...

「Overall a very pleasant stay. Hot tub and pool were a bonus. Rooms and furnishings were very well maintained so it’s obvious that the owners take pride in their hotel. I can’t think of any amenities that the higher end hotels offer that would beat this price point. Only obvious disappointment, which is petty, is breakfast area was small and with no scrambled eggs but otherwise a good breakfast spread.」
