The check-in staff was very friendly towards guests before me. She maintained her composure and being calm towards agitated guest whom seem to have problem with their booking. She served with a smile that made you felt welcome. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable that made me refuse to wake up. Breakfast choices of selection were marvelous, plenty of food to choose from. Love the scramble eggs especially.

I loved the cleanliness of the rooms. I also loved the in room amenities. The toilet and bathtub were my overall favorite. The best part of my stay was the handy traveller that was provided. It was a really great help

This is a well situated beautiful hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room i had was large and very modern. This is so important especially on a business trip.

It’s a beautiful hotel was wonderful facilities but the location is a little far for most things. I think they have a shuttle to a nearby subway station or train station. However, a taxi will take you where you need to go. The hotel also has frequent shuttles to fairs etc.

Hotel provides free shuttle buses to nearby Gaotangshi subway station(9 times a day), Guangzhou east station, TaiKooHui and citic plaza every day(3 times a day).Please notice that GaoTangShi station's service time is from 6:05 to 23:04.Besides,hotel Airport shuttle bus is 15 times a day, Ticket price for adult is CNY30,for children is CNY15 .If you don't know the route nearby, you can ask front desk to get hotel bus map. And we'd glad to call a taxi for you. Thank you for your comment, wish you a happy life!

This was my first visit to China. After an extremely long flight from the east coast of USA, I was glad to arrive in Guangzhou and once I arrived, very impressed with the quality of the hotel and their staff. Since I arrived very early in the morning, I really appreciated the hotel allowing me to check in early so I could freshen up and get ready for work a few hours later. I also really appreciated the breakfast buffet as it offered a huge variety of food choices to start the morning right. Since the location of the hotel is not in a thriving business district, it was fairly quiet and relaxing in the evenings. I would highly recommend Hotel Nikko to all travelers in Guangzhou. You will not be disappointed with the room, amenities or quality of service.

Hotel Nikko Guangzhou is a very nice, modern hotel. The staff was very nice, and very helpful in showing us to the bus to Canton Fair, and also helped to get a taxi when needed. The rooms were very clean and modern.

This hotel was great. The room was great, clean, and very large. The staff was friendly and spoke great English. Unfortunately, there is nothing near the hotel.

The hotel staff was very nice, and the rooms are cool and modern. The pool is nice and is not cold at all and the fitness center has a lot of equipment. The food is also extremely good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent hotel
This hotel is relatively new and very clean, the comfort features in each room were fantastic. My only complaint was the air conditioning could not keep my room cool, but this could have been a isolated incident. Beautiful hotel.

Terrible food and very remote.
Hotel food was very over priced and terrible quality no where else to go to get a meal as the hotel is 40 minutes by taxi from anywhere. Don't waste money in the hotel om food it's all terrible!

Hotel is good, only that the outdoor swimming pool is under maintenance during my stay, this they could announce earlier. Otherwise I have nothing to complain about, just that the location is out of place, you need around 30 minutes by taxi to go to canton fair.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It is so far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Hotel staff and in particular Guest Services Supervisor Billy LV made sure that we have a pleasant stay. Hotel Location: Hotel is located in Science City in Tianhe District, which is a bit far from shopping and night life, but you can take the hotel free shuttle or taxi. If you want to go to TEE Mall, do not take the hotel shuttle to East Railway station: a- Because you have to take the metro or a taxi to go to Tee Mall. b- There is a very very long queue for the taxi and could take you more than half an hour to take a taxi in rush hours. c- It will take you about 45 minutes by free hotel shuttle and then about another 45 minute for the queue and for the taxi to get you to Tee Mall. d- Just take a taxi and it will cost you less than 50 Yuan and you would save a lot of time and you also have the freedom to choose when you want to leave the hotel, compared to the free shuttle.
