Excellent luxury and true five-star hotel in the highest building of Guangzhou. The night view is spectacular. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my special needs. We were always greeted with warm smiles from all the staff. Special shoutout to Peter, Vera and the concierge service. Highly recommended and will return to Rosewood Guangzhou for our future visits.

I strongly do NOT recommend guests to have a meal at its restaurant located at the 107th floor because their meal does not cook well while the price is super high!

Home away from home
Wonderful stay at the newly opened Rosewood GuangZhou. Prime location right next to the K11 shopping centre and couple mins walk from the subway. Good facilities and well designed rooms. Would definitely stay here again!

SIMPLY WONDERFUL
one of the most amazing hotels i ever stayed... The only issue is that they are still in soft opening and SPA and POOL is not yet open!!!!

Nice new hotel
Nice and beautiful hotel with stunning view. The check in experience was so so due to the narrow space, I feel like I am checking in at the main corridor and lacking of privacy. Many thoughful details in the room and the space is very spacious which is nice. The after service needs to be improved. I realized that I have left my charger in the room, I tried to email to the hotel but no one return a response to me until I made a phone call to them. Other deluxe hotel willing to provide free delivery charge for small items within city but not happened in Rosewood. I mean those are not an expensive charge actually and I absolutely can afford it. However, for those small little service / thought I consider it as top deluxe hospitality service which should be happened in a top brand. The reason I am saying so as I had experienced it in another hotel which it has gave me unforgettable memory and I definitely willing to stay there for my next visit.

有些地方需要改進,但對於新開業的酒店來講還是不錯的。員工們很友好,對於我們提出的換房要求也給予了幫忙。唯一失望的是西曬的房間實在不適合安排入住,房間冷氣在1.5h沒人的情況下會自己上調到24度,所以基本上每次出門回來都像待在火爐一樣,這點完全不能接受。嬰兒床不能調高低,10m寶寶會扶著床邊走並且翻出去。小建議:寶寶被子應該有厚薄選擇,房間已經很熱了,被子也厚。希望rosewood在日後做得更有rosewood的水準,期待下次再住。
