Old bed sheeting for this price. Old remodeling. Overall is bad experience, i rather spend little more so i can stay at four seasons hotel.

The rooms are aged and need some renewal work. Quirky design draining showing water into the floor of the toilet area. Toilet actually clogged in my room needing maintenance to help.

Almost Perfect
Definitely a high end busy international hotel. Common spaces are grand and well kept. Rooms are spacious and well laid out. The main issue is that the rooms are definitely in need of refurbishment. No doubt they were beautiful 15 years ago, but they show too much wear. Way too much caulk smeared over every crack in the bathrooms and chipped and old furniture, and worn carpets. Tip: 15 minute walk to East train station area to huge shopping mall with endless restaurants and largest grocery store I’ve ever seen.

excellent wellness hotel and first class service
this is one of the best hotels in GZ. location is excellent, next to food, banks, metro, trin station and the tianhe amp. front desk staff are always first class, efficient, helpful. executive lounge in this hotel is excellent, as are the staff in the lounge. i recommend upgrading to exec room if available, rooms are very good. gym is very good and spacious, 2 pools are large and very clean, indoor and outdoor. i visit GZ 2-3 times per year, and during my visit i always try to stay at the westin for at least 2 days. lastly, the buffet breakfast is wonderful, chinese and western combination, i recommend you try it at least once.

Check-in and check out process was fluent and fast. Staffs were friendly n showed professionalism. Rooms was spacious, bed was a little too soft for me. Needs improvement on baby crib. Breakfast was good.

Comfy bed!
Short trip, great room, very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay there again. Only problem I had was turning the lights on in the room - you need to put the key card in with the grey side facing you (might want to write that on the card)!
