「Worst experience I have ever had at any hotel. The woman behind the counter was exceptionally rude. She flat out accused my husband of being a drug addict and was very threatening. Meanwhile, clearly intoxicated people were roaming around on the balcony yelling. They also tried to charge us an unlisted $50 fee for something. Though this fee was not mentioned in the booking.
