“Staff were excellent and always friendly and helpful. Facilities were excellent and the standard of food was good. Location was good, on the outskirts of the port but easy to walk and buses frequent. Ample parking onsite.”

“Big spacious hotel with good amenities, great breakfast choices and friendly staff. Loved the free use of the spa facilities during our stay. The room furniture is dated and with no room aircon so it can get hot at night but that’s the only criticism.”

“Room was great. Food was good although menu a little limited. Staff were friendly and helpful. Did have issue with fridge that was reported and checked during the stay but wasn't fixed. Overall a good relaxed break.”

“This hotel is ideally located I'm Guernsey with plenty of car parking facilities at the rear of the hotel. The bus stop is very close offering bus routes all over the island. The staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful and always pleasant. This is my third visit to the hotel but this year my single room was smaller on Floor 1 to that on the top floor where I've previously stayed so that was a disappointment”
