“Daily room service - beds, cleaning, etc. was excellent - congratulations and thanks to our designated member of staff (room 430) All service within the hotel was very prompt and efficient. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of dishes. One improvement - additional complementary bathroom items would have been useful, especially a shower cap. Thank you - I would definitely visit again.”

“Brilliant location. 2 minutes to the heart of St Peter Port and 5 minutes to the Herm Ferry, 10 minutes to the bus station. Wonderful restaurants around. Staff were really helpful and lovely. We lost a key late at night and it was sorted with a smile. Breakfast ladies were fabulous. Hotel was clean (being cleaned all the time), breakfast was very nice and rooms were clean and spacious. We benefited from gorgeous weather , so the outside bar area was lively and fun. Highly recommend.”

“A one night stay prior to flight - excellent airport location. Sizeable heated o/d pool with adult only sessions. Good sized room with large bathroom including large walk in shower. An early start necessitated a continental room breakfast - a sizeable feast, better than many in house breakfasts!”

“Couldn't fault the hotel or staff. Whatever you asked for, it was no trouble at all. Our room was fine with a balcony that overlooked the harbour. Plenty to eat at breakfast. You can start with continental and then have a cooked meal if you want. The only drawback for us was the number of steps and sloping paths/ roads you need to negotiate to reach the hotel. That said, we would recommend this hotel.”
