「Nilesh our room steward was excellent and very attentive. Paul, Abbi and the rest of the restaurant and Bar staff were excellent, very helpful and very attentive. Carlene and her colleagues at reception were very helpful and attentive. We found everyone to be very helpful and attentive and everyone went all out to help make our stay enjoyable.」

「Brilliant location. 2 minutes to the heart of St Peter Port and 5 minutes to the Herm Ferry, 10 minutes to the bus station. Wonderful restaurants around. Staff were really helpful and lovely. We lost a key late at night and it was sorted with a smile. Breakfast ladies were fabulous. Hotel was clean (being cleaned all the time), breakfast was very nice and rooms were clean and spacious. We benefited from gorgeous weather , so the outside bar area was lively and fun. Highly recommend.」

「A one night stay prior to flight - excellent airport location. Sizeable heated o/d pool with adult only sessions. Good sized room with large bathroom including large walk in shower. An early start necessitated a continental room breakfast - a sizeable feast, better than many in house breakfasts!」

「Couldn't fault the hotel or staff. Whatever you asked for, it was no trouble at all. Our room was fine with a balcony that overlooked the harbour. Plenty to eat at breakfast. You can start with continental and then have a cooked meal if you want. The only drawback for us was the number of steps and sloping paths/ roads you need to negotiate to reach the hotel. That said, we would recommend this hotel.」
