"This is a beautiful hotel and our suite was well appointed and had one of the best showers I have ever found in a hotel. Turn down service and cleanliness was fabulous. We had trouble keeping the room cool enough, the controls were confusing and would revert back to a default in the middle of the night. "This hotel exceeded my expectations! Beautiful layout, ambience is lovely and great view of bridge/Porto! Conveniently located to various restaurants near the water and you can walk to so many shops/cafes! The hotel allows for easy access to top and bottom of bridge where you can walk across bridge and enjoy all Porto has to offer. Hotel also has lovely wine bar and we tried breakfast buffet with ample items to enjoy. Staff were friendly and helpful! Allowed us to store our luggage on last day so we can still enjoy Porto before we catch our train back to Lisboa! Definitely stay here again! "
