“Actually, the process of booking through Hotels.com the claim of everything must be handled by the hotel is not true. They are not in control of the booking. Hotels.com is in control of the booking so they were not able to amend or cancel the booking and the customer service reps consistently would refer me back to Premier Inn, which had nothing to do with booking the stay”

“Room was beautiful receptionist was lovely breakfast was nice
On a night it was very noisy lots of banging and an alarm was going off we got a knock on the door late at night to ask if we had been smoking in the hotel room which was setting the alarm off the lady asking us appeared quite rude and don’t apologise for the disturbance my husband and I don’t smoke no idea what the alarm was that kept going off in the end staff had mentioned they had turned the alarms off

“We stayed in an upgraded room which was fantastic except the shower pressure was diabolical.
Breakfast was amazing, bed was really comfortable, staff were wonderful.
We stayed in a non upgraded room a day before this stay and the shower was amazing but the room was really tired. Again the bed was super comfy and brekkie wonderful.
