We loved our stay. It was so nice to bring our dog along with us. She loved the ocean. The location is perfect. It was so nice to walk to the beach. We went multiple times a day. We also enjoyed sitting on the deck. Would definitely love to come back!

We decided to go away for Thanksgiving this year and found this cute cottage. It was perfect!! We had plenty of space to be together, yet still have our own space when needed. We were the perfect distance to the beautiful beaches. It was quiet and relaxing and just what my family needed this year to have a relaxing and restful break from reality. Thank you to the boys for sharing their cottage!

This was the perfect beach house for our family of 4 and dog. The house was very clean and tidy. The house had plenty of room for everyone. The living room furniture was very comfortable. The bedrooms were roomy. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of glasses, utensils, pots/pans, baking sheets, etc. The “did you forget something “ baskets under the sink in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch. The surrounding area was vey quiet and peaceful. The walk to the beach was short.There were beach chairs and beach toys to use. It was so nice being able to take our dog with us and walk him on the beach. We would definitely rent this home again.

This house is in a beautiful location. A short walk to the beach. And the beach, was perfect. Some days my family were the only people on the beach. Our kids could explore and have some freedom without us having to worry. Overall a great experience and a great place for kids and families.

We loved this little cottage and it was just a short walk to the uncrowded beach. The kids liked the loft area a lot. I liked that it was set back in a quiet part of the neighborhood near the end of the street. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Ran down to the coast with our small dog. Very clean, well equipped rental. A little walk to beach but manageable. A very convenient parking area when carrying accoutrements. Good AC! Quiet and comfortable.

The house is beautiful. Plenty of room for all of us. The walk to the beach is a little further than it looks. But great exercise. The view is amazing. Loved setting on deck at night. Would recommend staying at seagrass.

The home was great. Just the two of us so more room than we needed but that was great too. All we needed for a weekend stay was there and in great condition. Coffee on the deck at sunrise then a walk on the beach. Toured the area throughout the day then wine on the deck at sunset. Thank you to the homeowners for sharing.
