You will have a "Blue Sky Bird's Eye View" from the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows in the main room and in every single bedroom! Two private furnished balconies overlook the Gulf of Mexico and the Little Lagoon. Your vacation will be awesome come rain or shine with your own POOL TABLE, wet bar, and multiple seating areas just right for watching spectacular sunsets, playing games or just conversations! The views are just incredible! The tower has a private beach access, just across the street! At the foot of the Lagoon Tower, you will find a heated indoor pool and a fitness center, an outdoor pool with a hot tub, charcoal grills and a private pier on the lagoon! Bring charcoal/lighter and beach towels!
The living room is spacious and has a pool table; the kitchen has full size appliances plus a wine-cooler and is fully stocked to prepare most meals. Bring food, detergents and disposable goods. The beds are made with fresh white linen and the top cover is freshly laundered for each guest! The bedding arrangement is King, King, King, a Queen bunk bed, 2 sets of twin bunk beds, plus a sleeper sofa. Sleeps 16 max. The primary King bedroom adjoins a private double vanity bathroom with a large soaking tub with a wall of windows, a walk-in shower and a glass door that leads to the balcony! The second and third King Guest bedrooms adjoins a private double vanity bathroom. The hallway bath serves the 2 bunk rooms. White bath linens are provided. Bring makeup wipes and beach towels.
The beach is right across the road with very little traffic. See pics and zoom into the locator map. You might want to bring a cart for your gear or just rent loungers from the beach vendor! The owner does not supply beach toys or gear; however, some are often left behind plus there are beach shops close by. All gear must be brought in every evening.
