Both bedrooms open to large balcony to enjoy expansive western Bay and Gulf views while overlooking the 18th hole of the renowned Kiva Golf course and let's not forget warm sea breeze and the incredible sunsets. On the first floor of the unit, enjoy the fully renovated kitchen with plenty of storage in its double-sided island and new LG appliances with a refrigerator that produces craft ice balls to pour your favorite whiskey/bourbon over each evening after a round of golf or day at Kiva's private beach. Two downstairs bedrooms feature a king bed facing the western views and a private bedroom with a queen bed and office space in case you need a quiet area to remote work while here.
