"The bed was soft but I couldn’t sleep or stay there because of the infestation of roaches! The hotel is outdated and needs major repairs and upgrades!!!"

"There was nothing zero in the kitchen except roaches. Mold on the walls in the bathroom. The whole room smelled like mildew. The halls constantly ranked of cooking food and the elevator didn't work 80 percent of the time. I'm positive there are people living in this hotel full time. There are covers on the bottoms of some of the doors to keep noise and smells in. There are homeless people walking around inside the hotel. Worst hotel stay of my life! "

"Beware! Rooms smell musty, mildew in shower/tub, rust on fixtures, dirty towels, bed sheets, curtains, grime/grease on doors and light fixtures. The place needs a major renovation. We asked for a different room and the second room we got was just as dirty. We heard noises from Other guests and the highway most of the night. I do not recommend!"

"Great location but interesting lobby layout with the lobby being on the 7th rather than ground floor. I had one issue with an inattentive staff member during check in, but smooth sailing & excellent service from subsequent staff afterwards. They use Molton Brown products, which I love! My King Delux room was especially clean and comfortable a the shower was hot! Had very helpful valet staff and a decent bar area which all made for a pleasant stay. "

"Everyone in the office was very nice. One day we were in need of some items for the bathroom. I texted in two minutes later they were at the door. The kitchen was more than adequate. It made the place feel even friendlier. Location was perfect; central places we needed to visit. Highly recommend"
