“I had a great stay at this modern townhome in Farm, just 5 minutes from Providence National Stadium. The home looks exactly like the photos—very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.Everything you need is close by—about a 10-minute drive to Georgetown, with plenty of supermarkets nearby and several food options within walking distance.The host was extremely responsive and supportive, even assisting me during a serious family emergency. I would absolutely stay……

“This place is FAR from luxury. I booked because of the other good reviews, but now I am heavily doubting those reviews are from real clients. One of the acs were not working and the refrigerator was leaking. On top of that the water coming from the pipes were rusty and smelled disgusting. The doors were terrible looking and rusty grills. It does not look like the photos! We were in town for 3 days due to a funeral and could not stand it any longer so we left the very next day. To add insult……

“Checking in was easy and smooth. Property is in a safe area and the house is very secure. With working amenities. You can cook and relax on the balcony in a hammock. The WiFi is powerful. The air conditioning was perfect. I would stay here again.”

“The propertvis as described, exactly like photos. All amenities are as stated. Wayne is very helpfull and accomdating. He responded promptly and supplied any request. The location is great, but the nearby road works was a slight inconvenience, but this is outside of Wayne's control, and hopefully this will not occur when the works are completed. I felt very safe in the area to walk on my own. It is walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and municipal market. Giftland mall and movietown……
