“Arranged return airport pickup with hotel and Driver was late for pickup from airport (5 mins late) and hotel (15 mins late). Asked for a room change as the floor were full of painting work going on the receptionist on duty was supposed to get back after checking with room reservation dept but never got back. Overall the service provided by front desk was not pleasant at all. I stayed for five nights and the room was arranged in a noisy location wit construction site in front n painting work……

“Icj war sehr zufrieden. Nettes Personal. Der Balkon mit seitlichem Meerblick war etwas klein. Trotzdem sehr schöne Aussicht. Die Ausstattung war perfekt. Kühlschrank, Teekocher, alles vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Gute Bio Tees, frische Früchte, Tomaten, Gurken etc. Die Käseauswahl könnte noch verbessert werden”

“雖然美其名是家飯店，但是很多東西不到位。 像是整個房間包含廁所都沒有垃圾桶與袋子可裝垃圾，隔天直接在滾筒廁紙上放了一個沒打開的塑膠袋給房客，就這樣! 我們房裡的廁所玻璃上，竟然還有橫著一條施工用的木條，還沒移除! 設計也很有問題，睡覺時Wi-Fi機的藍光強度讓人睡不著，起來上廁所，玻璃透出的廁所光也會把正在睡覺的人亮醒，實在沒考慮過睡覺時場景的設計。 最扯的是，沒有被套，枕頭套，完全就是裸露的，很扯，讓人覺的不舒服，沒被尊重。 更扯的是我隔天為櫃台經理說你們都不給被套還有枕頭套的嗎？ 她竟然說應該是房務忘了，她會跟下面說，就直接給我們check out……

“At our time of stay (Beginning to Mid September 2025) the hotel was incomplete, and still in the process of being built/finished. From what has been done so far, it will be an incredible hotel, but our time featured some teething issues (understandable!!) and facilities being advertised, but not completed yet - no sauna, no spa, no gym, etc etc. However, this hotel holds great potential, the staff are super accommodating and once completed, will be a lovely hotel in an up and coming area, and we……

“Great hotel in a convenient location. Short walk to restaurants and shops. Quick 15min drive from the airport. You can even walk to St.Julians Bay. A lovey new, clean hotel that had everything we needed as a family of three! We enjoyed our stay ”
