“It was clean, the staff were always smiling, the valet service guys were fun while singing or rapping. They were a hoot! They would even come into the hotel lobby or the dining room and entertain. The morning breakfast was good. A different main course each morning. That is why I gave them a 5 star rating.”

“Room was great and first evening was greeted with a smile a asked if we would like to stay on top floor. unfortunately, Thursday we were checked out unbeknownst to us and couldn't get in our room. Went to front desk to request key so we could get in our room.... Room key wasnt working. The front desk lady Louise was extremely RUDE and proceeded to tell me i had checked out earlier and if needed another night i had to book it and stay in a different room. I explained to her we had reservations……
