Great property. Exceptionally clean, well equipped and spacious. Exactly as advertised. Really nice and peaceful gated community. Great location for the type of vacation we wanted, relaxed with the odd park day. Great interaction with the owners, we had a hail storm which damaged the pool netting, messaged the owner and had someone out very quickly to examine and repair. Would recommend Manny’s chophouse for a great evening meal and Egg City for breakfast, both really local. Overall a great experience.

This was a beautiful home in a safe, gated neighborhood. We were In Florida to visit Disney and did not want to stay in the resorts. Disney is about 25 minutes away but there is a lot of traffic and it took 45-60 minutes to get to the Disney parks; it’s important to note that we left the house around 7 AM during rush-hour traffic. I rated the location as a 5 because we were looking for a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of stores and places to eat in the event we wanted to grab a quick bite. The pictures of the property are spot on. I would suggest opting to pay to turn on the heat for the pool/spa if you’re going end of March/April. The weather was in the low 80s but in the mornings it ranged from upper 40s to 50s so the pool was a bit cold. Overall this is a beautiful home with lots of space and nicely decorated; it felt warm and homey.

We enjoyed our stay at this villa very much. It is in a gated community, felt safe at all times. All the properties in the community are well cared for. Our villa was clean, well furnished and decorated. Appliances are new and function well. Beds very comfortable. The pool area is large and heated pool/spa worked well. The hosts are easy to access and quick to reply to inquiries. Lovely vacation with our family. Thank you Paul and Sue.

Paying for the heated pool was 100% worth it. The gameroom was so much fun for the littles. Pool table could use new felt, but it is a vacation rental designed for families, so we were happy just to have it so I could teach my kids billiards. Overall, it was a great place with plenty of room, quiet neighborhood, simple, tasteful decor, well stocked kitchen for cooking.

Love the community, location was prime, house overall was nice however there was a couple things that we hoped would be better. The primary bed in the main floor bedroom was very uncomfortable. It was very used and at night you could fall off of it because the springs in the mattress were very worn out. The garage pool table area was very hot and didn’t have any air conditioning so playing pool was very warm. Overall, we would recommend this place to anyone but think the house could use a but more of a walk through prior to new guests coming.
