"The room had more amenities than most hotel rooms. It had an iron and ironing board and a fan and hairdryer which was really nice. The bathroom was spacious with a nice deep tub and two separate sinks. The view looked out to an Art Nouveau building and a lake. The staff was friendly and helped us find directions to Porvoo. The breakfast was large with a lot of good options. Overall a great hotel."

"The property was very well located in the centre of Helsinki and the room was very spacious and clean (the shower floor needs some grout cleaning). I enjoyed the fact that there was no carpet in the room - nice flooors. What I didn’t like has nothing to do with the total but the Helsinki Taxi service driver who ripped us off royally. He showed up at 5 am with 21 euros on the meter already. He told us that there is no fixed rate back to the airport- among other lies."
