"This hotel was amazing. From the moment we walked on the premises we were greeted by friendly staff who helped us with our luggage and made our check-in very easy. The lobby is nice but the view of lake Ashi was breathtaking. The onsen was something special. It has multiple baths and an open air setting that will be hard to top. The dinner and breakfast buffet meals were amazing and dinner included Japanese whiskey. If you’re looking for something to balance out the crowded busy city life of Japan, this hotel will give you a retreat you’ll never forget."
"Great stay, the staff were really helpful. Offered pick-up and rides to nearby Togendai station. Relaxing location. Onsen with a view of Mt. Fuji. We lost an earring, but the staff found it after we left and offered to send it to out next stay. We are thankful!"

"Very nice, spacious, and clean. Within easy walking distance of the cable car and pirate cruise ship Would gladly stay here again!One note: public transportation to here ends early: around 5 pm. After that, you must use a taxi. And there's not many restaurant options. "
