"We loved our stay at the Hakuba Tokyu Hotel! We only had 2 nights in the area but wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the Happo One Gondola (and other ski resorts if necessary) and to the train station - very helpful! It is in an excellent location - close to the Happo One Gondola and plenty of places to eat. We ate in the hotel itself and the food and service were excellent. The onsen was incredibly clean and relaxing. We would definitely recommend this hotel...

"This property was beautiful and very clean. Staff are super friendly and accomodating. It is a bit out the way from main areas of Hakuba. However, the hotel does have a shuttle bus, only on a limited schedule though. "

No frills and feel like you are staying with your relatives. Amazing hosts that go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. "It’s a cosy, cute little place to stay in! Just remember to bring your own towel if your fussy otherwise you only get a very small, thin towel to clean yourself with after the shower! But the service was great and the owners are a cute couple who are always helpful! "
