「酒店負責人並不幫忙，不懂英語，連簡單請他代叫的士，他都沒有應承，問他有關穿梭巴士安排，他只給時間表，再多一句解說也沒有，酒店的房間是很細小，兩個人住面積大概是四張榻榻米的面積，浴室廁所是公用的，極為罕有的痞廁，廁所格細到連開門轉身都有困難，廁所的清潔亦欠佳，附近沒有食店，只能夠徒步10分鐘去便利店買杯麵。」

「My partner and I had the most amazing time at Ember Lodge in Hakuba! The staff were so welcoming and the service was incredible. Mike and Leo organised a pick-up and drop off service for us. Breakfast cooked and served to us each morning with an option for a cooked dinner as well which was delicious. The location was perfect too, only an 5-10min walk to the ski lifts. Already looking to book another trip here!」
