“Nicole, the director of guest services was just Spectacular ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️it was our 30 year anniversary and we found a lovely homemade cake in our room such an exceptionally thoughtful gift. The breakfast at the restaurant is always lovely. The staff is spectacular all around such a beautiful location.”

“Beautiful castle building, free coffee at the reception, staff are very friendly and helpful. They even offered me a ride to the train station when the next train was coming within half an hour. Overall it’s a very pleasant stay. ”

“Super cute witch room to enjoy on our first trip to Salem. Cleaning staff leaves the doors open while cleaning so be prepared to arrive to a very hot room though. However, the AC thankfully cooled it down by the time we slept at midnight. Staff is super sweet and they have a room you can get extra towels in at any time of the day. Real lack of plugs in the room though and not all of ours worked which made a struggle for this family of 4 charging all devices overnight. Biggest con is the room is……

“Great location in a relaxed atmosphere. A nicely appointed coastal vibe room, although the bathroom was definitely in need of an upgrade. The hotel is only 10 minutes from town no the ocean views were spectacular.”

“There was no breakfast which was a total surprise however we were given $7 coupons to go to a muffin shop in town in the historic district to apply towards buying breakfast. That worked out well particularly because we met local people that were lively and gave us a sense of the town.”
