「The check-in process was not user friendly. The sidewalk in front of the property was torn up and had construction tape all around it. We had to wait for 30 minutes or so outside the place before we could get the check in information to be able to get into our room.」

「The room was lovely. One of the most important things to me was the bathroom. The towels were large, clean, and absorbent. The water pressure was perfect. My daughter and I felt safe walking to and from our venue and the host were great. Having a discount in the bottle shop was an added bonus. Reesa took great care of us and knows how to nake strangers feel welcome. The owners made sure we knew where to go in town for the best experience. 」

「Very frustrating! After I reserved through Hotels.com the communication started coming about all of the things they needed, forms filled out, copy of license, a selfie! Lots of add ons, too-if you want early check in, pay $up front in case some little thing goes wrong (or a large deposit). No check in instructions until right before check in when we were given codes and a map, but our room number was not on the map. Spent 45 minutes wondering around looking for the unit. All for a 15 hour stay....

「The place was amazing and we had a great time! The room was clean and well stocked with the basics you might need for some time away from home. It was beautiful room and within walking distance to most places downtown. The only downside (and this is not the host's fault) is the parking situation. There are only extremely expensive garages around here, but like I said, not the host's fault, just something to note if you're coming and bringing your car.」

「Cute little house near all the restaurant's and shopping in Covington. About a 2 mile walk over the bridge to Paycor Stadium. Excellent communication with friendly host. Very reasonably priced. Thank you. 」
