「Welcome was lovely, room was really pretty with nice touches, pretty noisy though, you'll be lucky to get a solid nights sleep. Breakfast wasnt great either sadly. Overall though it was a lovely, pretty, welcoming hotel for a single night stay.」

「Check in could be improved. Arrived to a busy pub with customers waiting for service at the bar and no designated check in desk. Several staff just walked past us with our bags and no one acknowledged we were trying to check in for several minutes. The room was okay but not as shown on our booking confirmation - it was an attic room with very steep stairs and a not very safe landing area outside the door. The bathroom had been shoehorned in under a sloping ceiling - there was no shower, just...

The room was basic but useful The bathroom was efficient in the use of its space. Breakfast was a refreshing start to my morning, especially the fresh water on tap, being nice and chilly. The wifi was quick enough to be useful and not a hinderance like larger hotels. It was easy to travel to and from my hotel of choice.」

「Had a 2 night stay at the hotel in an Executive suite. The reception staff were very warm and welcoming & helpful. It was a business stay on a Friday and Saturday. Parking was good directly outside. Spacious room, very clean and tidy- the bed was absolutely huge and so comfortable it was very luxurious to sleep in after a hard days work. There was a beautiful wedding on at the hotel and looked so beautiful and glamorous, it was lovely to see. Very much enjoyed the stay & would definitely stay...
