Staff was so helpful and attentive. I’m not sure what they’re rated as. It felt like a 5 star hotel. "

"It was probably the best public bath (i.e. hot spring) I have experienced in any hotel, it was clean, with full amazing sea view. The breakfast was a bit expensive, but worth the price with the food quality and variety. Plenty of restaurants nearby, convenient store is just downstairs."
