"The hotel view was phenomenal, the elevator entrance is very grand for people who were on 17-20th floor. The staff were very helpful and polite, and being close by konbinis were a big help especially when you get hungry in the middle of the night."

The hotel provided excellent toiletries; we didn’t pull ours out of the suitcase, which was very thoughtful in many ways."

"We stayed in this hotel upon our arrival to Tokyo , and although it is not in the same middle of the city it is within 30 minutes by train to any of the central Tokyo area. it has a train station right in front of the hotel and the are is filled with restaurants and shopping within walking distance , I do have to give a big Shoutout to Arissa she was one of the front desk attendants that took excellent care of us when we arrived and went above and beyond to make us feel at home , on the down side the rooms are very small compared to US standards so keep that in mind , but would definitely stay there again if I ever visit Tokyo in the future "
