The front desk staff were very helpful and efficient, but the room was awful. Beds extremely uncomfortable felt like springs were coming through the mattress. Very disappointed. The gym is in a shocking state. Breakfast was very average.

Great hotel and even better staff!
Great hotel ideally situated in the Old Quarter, a mere 3 min stroll away from the iconic Hanoi Train Street. My room, facing a road, was clean, spacious and well-maintained - you'd be forgiven for thinking the hotel is newly opened. Breakfast was good with an assortment of international and local options on offer. The reception staff spoke good English and were unfailingly helpful but a special shoutout is due to Tony for his outstanding service. His attentiveness and responsiveness to my various requests and queries on WhatsApp made me feel like I was the only guest in the hotel! My only caution is that rooms are not exactly soundproof so if you're a light sleeper, a pair of ear plugs may be in order.

Fantastic stay!
Fantastic experience and value for money. Staff are so friendly and attentive and we arrived just in time for the hotels ‘ free afternoon tea’ which was delicious. The free buffet breakfast was yum too. Housekeeping was great. Super confortable bed and linens. The gym is a little older but was everything I needed! Awesome location. Would 100% reccomend!

The best place! Close to everything and the staff is super. Not really bothered my room didn't have a window but considering the noise in Hanoi it's probably better that way.
