Comfortable hotel and helpful staff
The staff here go out of their way to make your stay memorable book taxis get tickets etc.. Beds comfortable and really central. I would actually come back if was back in the area.

Great location and the staff could not have been more accommodating. They could not fulfill our original booking requirements but more than made up for this. One note is that the family room (which is great by the way) includes a double bed and a single in the main room plus a separate single bedroom area something that was not 100% clear from the website so we booked 2 family rooms when we only needed one!

Decent night to explore Hanoi
Booked the single bed room, perfect for someone travelling alone. Not too big but good for me. Cleanliness is good except the toileteries can tell that it isnt being used for very long. The soap clayed up abit. Overall very comfortable stay, not to mention how close it is to all the fun activities and fun spots!

Ants, ants, ants, ants. I lived in Hanoi for a year, so I know about pest control issues and a different standard of cleaning, but the room was infested with ants. I was only staying briefly and was relieved to head out. The staff was very polite, but that didn't stop the ants any.

This was one of the best hotel experiences in all my 7 months in SE Asia. The room was a modest size, as described. The staff was wonderful and everything was modern and clean. I wish I had booked the room longer.

The staff in the hotel is amazing. The hotel itself is small (20 rooms) and in ok condition (some fixes required) ,the breakfest is nice.the location is super cool.

Great stay at the hotel. Incredible service and attention to detail. Extremely helpful with all our questions. Breakfast was good. The only issue was the room setup for 4 people: three in one room and one individual in the living room.

Great place to stay. Clean, warm staff who upgraded us for our honeymoon and decorated the room with balloons and flowers. Only complaint was loud noises from the street, we slept with white noise on. And the room lighting wasn't the best. But overall a great place to stay in the heart of the old quarter!

Great -- don't books tours with them.
Great stay. Rooms and breakfast spot on. Very good service. I would suggest that the hotel find a different affiliate for booking transportation to Cat Ba Island. We were overcharged by 100% from what we could have booked ourselves and we were very sketchily given a bus-boat-bus ticket that was for "Mr Pineapple's" (yes, really) hotel in Cat Ba. Would not recommend this at all.

Perfect service and location and nice rooms
For the price, this place is amazing. Top service, good location and breakfast is good. We used this hotel before and after a ha long bay cruise, and the hotel stored our big suitcases while we were away. Only negative was the first room we got just above the kitchen, as we could hear everything in the reception and kitchen. But when we returned we got a huge room (their suite) on the top floor so they made up for it). So if possible avoid room above kitchen! Beds are a bit hard. Also get them to order the taxi to the airport as you then only pay 15 usd to the hotel.

ive stayed there for 2 nights. Overall stay is ok. Room is pretty clean and tv has many channels. Breakfast was pretty good, had many varieties. Staff are friendly. Cons would be, the floor is a bit dirty. Had a bit of issue with the lock on the door

Focus hotel hanoi
Ruby was a great anfitrion. In the hotel they adviced us to take the boat beauty cruiser for the Ha long bay and this crusier put in its leaflet a route but they didn't did it. I suggest to check your boat in Ha long Bay with a GPS so you don't get cheated.

仕事にレジャーに良い立地
ホアンキエム湖に近く観光、フード、ショッピングなど便利な立地です。こじんまりとしたホテルですが清潔に保たれています。特にスタッフの方々は気さくで親切です。

Located near Hoan Kiem Lake, convenient for dining
Guest room is hygienic. More than anything, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful and I am very satisfied. A few minutes walk from Hoan Kiem Lake, convenient for meals and shopping. Because there is family room, use of family trip is also good.

연착되었는데 셔터 내려져있고 새벽에 너무 무서웠는데 셔터 올려주심 일단 너무 습하고 방2개에 5명 예약했는데 싱글룸2개 줌... 어떻게 자요 하니 방 없다 함 ㅡㅡ 다음날 매니져한테 말하니 옮겨주심 딱 싼 맛에 가는 호텔이에요 조식은 맛좋아요 방에 개미 기어다님

가격도 저렴하고 객실도 청결했습니다. 호안끼엠 호수에서 가까웠고 직원도 친절했습니다. 객실이 크진 않지만 금고, 미니바, 전기포트 등이 있어 편리.. 조식 뷔페는 다양하지 않지만 주문해서 먹을 수 있는 메뉴가 있어서 좋았습니다. 영어를 잘 못하는데 호텔->공항 예약한 택시가 제 시간에 도착하지 않아 걱정했는데 호텔을 통해 예약한것이 아님에도 불구하고 직원분이 더 걱정하면서 직접 통화해주시고 배웅해주셔서 감사했습니다.

部屋が狭くあまり清潔ではないです。バスルームは浴槽がなく、ほんとに寝るだけなら大丈夫だと思いますがあまり快適とはいえません。立地的にはまあまあ便利ですよ。従業員の方は親切です。ビジネスホテル的なホテルです。

地點好, 離還劍湖近, 附近餐廳很多, 飯店人員超Nice, 謝謝他們的幫忙
我們入住3晚, 剛入住時酒店人員, 會給你一張地圖, 介紹附近景點, 當然也有介紹一日遊, 二日遊, 例如: 下龍灣, 你可以選擇不要, 她們也都nice的, 早餐也很不錯, 除了基本的麵包, 水果, 還可以現點現做, 很多選擇, 入住當晚,吃完晚餐, 剛回到飯店, 因為人不舒服, 請飯店人員幫忙找醫院, 他們很樂意幫忙, 也叫了Taxi, 回來後也一直很關心我的身體狀況, 雖然飯店價位不高, 但因為房間住也不多, 所以飯店人員可以很耐心聽妳說, 她們都很願意幫忙, 服務滿分, 謝謝你們, 還有可以請飯店幫忙叫車到機場,比我們從機場搭taxi到飯店便宜

그럭저럭 괜찮은 숙소였습니다.
스태프 분들 모두 정말 친절하셨습니다. 낮에는 공사중이었는지 좀 시끄러웠는데 밤되니까 숙소 근처는 아주 조용했어요. 객실 방음이 잘 안되어서 복도에서 나는 소리나 윗층에서 크게 내는 소리는 좀 들렸어요. 침대 시트에서 얼룩진걸 봤는데.. 침구는 편안하게 썼고요. 샤워기 핸들이 고장났는데 그냥 썼어요. 온수는 잘 나왔거든요. 조식은 다 먹어보진 못하고 빵만 먹었는데 크로와상이랑 반미(바게트)가 맛있더라고요. 체크아웃 할때 베트남 커피를 주셨어요. (원두 간것)

The hotel is very closed to the lake. Staffs were kind and room condition was quite good. The only thing is the key! It's difficult to use.
