「this Hotel was Old and nasty.... I am surprised to find this kind of hotel on your platform. The hotel smell bad... so bad that I did not stay there and was unable to to cancel this Hotel stay.」

「Beautiful hotel at the outskirts of St. Joseph. Great restaurant, parking, pools and even anchor place for boats arriving for dinner. Modern and well equipped rooms, one of the nicest stays we ever had. Terrific place. This was our second time here and we'd come again.」

「The best part of this Hotel is the location. There is so much to do within a short walking distance. You honestly don't even need a car, but the parking lot has plenty of room. Incredibly easy to take a quick break in the room between activities throughout the day. The balconies are nice to have, and the lake view is pretty decent with only a few buildings and trees to obscure. The St joseph swing bridge is also viewable if you're into that, I like watching the trains so its a huge plus for me....

Cons: the area around the hotel is pretty sketchy and trashy, homeless camped out back, pool was ice cold and way way smaller than what it appeared in the picture. Lamp shade and curtains had mold from the ac unit. I would not stay at this location again.」

「Our room reeked of smoke and had the window open and a machine with a water bucket trying to pull the smoke smell out. Gloria was so friendly and tried to help us. But, the room she moved us to did not have a pullout couch like she said. I went back again and explained it did not have the couch so we did not have enough beds. She then told me we could have the connecting room. When I opened it, it had no sheets on the bed and reeked of marijuana. We decided to just stay in the room that didn’t...

「Hotel advertised as a hotel with continental breakfast. Only has coffee and juice Room was clean but need major updates on property. Our room by windows floor was cracking and dent on floor. Other was good for sleeping hotel」

「The check in went well and the staff member very helpful and polite. The main part of the room was decently clean, however the bathroom was not. Mildew on the tile grout in a significant portion of the shower walls, and the plastic striping at the outside of the shower separating. Bed was decently comfortable but the fitted sheets were not, and the bottom sheet would not stay in place.」

「Very drama free stay, near lots of food options and the highway, no complaints. I had a wifi issue that was on my end, but the front desk was very helpful in their attempts to resolve it.」
