"Easy check in, clean room and common areas. Loved our room with a porch. Communication was prompt. The whole house and separate party room were wet well kept. Close to several restaurants, shopping, and beach. "

"The house was very clean. I appreciate a clean house as I have allergies. Kitchen had every utensil a cook might want. The fenced yard would be nice for little guys. Bathroom was good. Everything worked ( tv, shower, sinks, dishwasher). The neighborhood is nice. My dog and I took a few walks while my husband went fishing. Barb"

"Great house and location. Loved being able to walk to black currant bakery and the beach about 15 min. Quite unique to have bathroom for each bedroom. Kitchen amenities are plentiful and nice sitting area for visiting as cooking. Fireplace on screened porch very nice. "

"We had a wonderful stay at The Sawyer! Great House with plenty of room and lovely amenities. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed without our having to buy extra of anything. Tim was a great host, supplying extra ping pong balls for the game room, plenty of pool toys and towels, replacing light bulbs as needed, and having every incidental on hand so we didn't have to replace anything. He even went out and bought two DVD players when we told him we wanted to play some videos we had brought. Not THAT'S going above and beyond. The internet TV was great and easy to use too. Aside from our own food, everything was covered. I don't think we've ever stayed in a house that was better stocked with essentials. Would definitely highly recommend the house and the host! Incidentally, there were 15 of us, from age 2 through 76. Something to do for everyone and the pool was perfectly heated to 90 degrees! We used it and the hot tub, a lot!! Thanks Tim, for a wonderful stay! Kudos on a great job hosting."

"WOW. Place is gorgeous, well appointed and the hostess was amazing. Centered right in downtown, its a perfect spot for walking and sightseeing. We had an issue (on our side) and the hostess was extremely responsive and was able to help us resolve it- well beyond expectations. Will stay here next time we are in Three Oaks for sure."
