“Staff was friendly. Bed was perfect. Bathroom very clean. Pool was nice. They were remodeling, so it’ll be great next time. Breakfast had nice variety but did not taste very good.”

“Todd was very helpful and funny!! We need more great people in the world like Todd! Great stay and area!”

“We have stayed here several times. The cleanliness was spotless. The only trouble we had was the people above us had little kids that were doing laps and body slamming the door or each other on the floor. We trued knocking on the ceiling after 90 minutes and it got worse. We then went to the front desk and Management said they would not step in until after 10pm.”

“Property was good the problem was they gave my room with a walk in shower away and gave me a standard room with a tub which was difficult for me to lift my legs. I paid for a room with walk in shower. I arrived approximately 10:00 pm and they said I arrived too late. During the past seven years I have arrived much later and they always reserved my room.”

“The only issue I can complain about is checking out. I had to check out at 5:30 am and there was no one to be found to help me. A worker came in while I was waiting for someone to come to the desk and she started yelling hello and finally someone came out of the back room who looked like he was sleeping. He was unable to give me a receipt or check me out electronically because he said computer was down. Check in went perfectly and my room was nice and was clean.”

“Room was not what I booked but they didnt care. There were crumbs on the floor. The ice machine kept me up all night.”

“I was told I could get a refund through my 3rd party and they declined it, toilet didn't flush and dirty bed sheets. I didn't even stay I drive home.”

“Staff was fine. Elevators were terrible. Felt like they were going to break as soon as you got on them. Doors wouldn't open for like a minute each time. Room was subpar. Floors were sticky. There's no fan in the bathroom. The shower had a weird shower head which got the floors soaked. The ceiling was peeling from condensation. Terrible shower experience. For the price, this did not meet my expectations and I don't plan to return. ”

“When it said breakfast included, I was not expecting just a packaged muffin and coffee. ”

“The room is smelly Water leaked to room underneath the air conditioner, which make the carpet nearby wet, and some of my pants and cloth got wet because of this. The light in the bathroom is flickering i have been staying this hotel and many times, but this is definitely the worst and probably be the last time!”

“I honestly have been disappointed the last few times I stayed at the Embassy Suites. The rooms are getting smaller or maybe my kids are just getting big. But the room smelled like stinky feet. The bed had lit all over. The door on the bathroom was broke my mom got locked in. The swimming pool was kinda dirty this go round! The pool closed early for some reason that is generally why we picked the Embassy. But the breakfast was really good. ”
