「Needed to get a room for the day for our cats while our landlord worked at our place. I was able to check-in in the morning rather than the afternoon. Which for us worked out great. 」

「Maintenance repaired the faucet without my reporting it. Maybe the previous guest or housekeeping reported it before I checked in. I didn't expect housekeeping but they removed trash. - used towels and replaced them on day one. Excellent.」
