Shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months and the room had cockroaches. Expressed my disgust at being woken up by a cockroach to the front desk staff and no resolution was offered. Was originally going to stay 2 nights but had to stay at a different hotel the second night as I couldn't put my family through that again.

The ac worked ok, it had a not so great smell to it. Parking was good, I parked right out side my room. The other people stay were disrespectful out very late & coming and going with really loud cars. I felt very uncomfortable being in the area. The bathroom looked extremely unkept. I woke up to several bugs crawling on my floor and a couple in the table.

No Expedia and red roof inn made it very unsatisfying because my after pay option was not honored,, so I may not patronize cash app, Expedia or red roof inn any more business moving forward... Very bad integrity and service, very dishonest and not very honorable...
