“Highly recommend this hotel. Stayed in room 340 the largest in the hotel. Absolutely fabulous”

“Door was already unlocked when we arrived 28th Oct even though key was in secure unit which seemed a bit strange considering the place is shut on a Wednesday. Main light didn't work only table lamp.”

“The guest house was impeccable, with excellent communication and information regarding its location and local attractions provided even before our arrival. Truly exceptional service. Upon our arrival, everything was beautiful. The entire house was spotless and exceeded all expectations. We enjoyed a lovely country walk into Ironbridge, and convenient parking was available at the property. Our room was immaculate, offering tea and coffee, toiletries, fluffy towels and a selection of pillows……

“Ideal location for a family visit & made our dog feel very welcome! Everywhere was beautifully decorated & the staff were very welcoming! Breakfast was amazing & we would definitely stay there again !! Well done to the Sutherland xx”

“隔音滿差會一直聽到安全門關門聲很大聲很吵也可以聽到隔壁房咳嗽聲，很難睡。”

“Clean functional rooms. Neat snack bar and bar in communal area with okay coffee. Excellent breakfast and good value. Quiet rural location.”

“Nice and relax place to stay. Strongly recommended!”

“It was an ok visit but we wouldn't go back - just wasn't an inviting experience - and no dinner served on Monday meant we had to go out”

“Nice hotel based on the price.”

“Behind the famous pork shop on a small lane. The room was difficult to find bit just pop in the shop and the super staff will assist you. The rooms are really nice, small, clean today and stylish. I think we were unlucky as the the good folks in the room above walked around all night and you can hear every footstep, and creak. The firm alarm needed a new battery and beeped all night.”

“The person on reception was nice, they appeared to be working alone so did a good job. Polite and was quick to help. Hotel was grubby, noisy and in need of upgrading. Had to switch rooms as the first room (#10) the windows had a huge gap and wouldn't close so let in a lot of cold air. The second room was marginally improved but the heating wouldn't come on, shower head was disgusting so didnt use. Gaps under doors to the corridor meant you could hear all passers by. Far too expensive for……

“Lovely welcome from the team on arrival. The room on the top floor was great, comfy bed, good sized room, fridge with fresh milk provided. Really tasty breakfast, available until 12pm which was a nice touch. Friendly place, nice bar and outside area”
