「各方面都好」

「Rooms were clean, pool was over crowded and too warm during a heat wave. Pool deck was dirty and pool bathrooms were disgusting. They should have been kept up with the amount of people there. There was no toilet paper and soap at one point. Food was okay, staff were nice. I feel for price of stay facility up keep should have been better. Also everyone needs to note if booking through a third party you will not be given hotel parking which is included if booking directly through hotel. I booked...

「Room was booked to sleep four: queen bed and pull out sofa. But the sofa only slept one (small person). Staff was kind enough to get us a cot for the 4th person. The original sheets on the pull out sofa were ripped and stained. Staff were again helpful and hot new linens. We had to shuffle the sofa a bit to fit the cot in. Then I noticed trash/rubbish that had been missed during cleaning. Staff were by far the best part of the stay. And not every hotel can be shiny and new. But...

「An old, classy hotel. Don’t know about the other rooms, but ours was small as such hotels often offer. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Both restaurants were great. Had a strange problem on our last morning where both hot and cold water in the bathroom were running scalding hot. The engineer had to come and “drain the system“ in order for us to take normal showers. Apparently something that can happen on very hot days for a certain group of rooms. Other than that, a very nice day.」
