We had a suite which was miles from reception up and down stairs plus the signage was poor and confusing. Reception had a care less attitude when I overheard another guest explaining their issue. Equally they didn’t care that someone had been smoking in our room and cigarette ash was on the carpet ...

We couldn't stay in the room and had to leave immediately. It was dirty with a smelly bed, crumbles on the floor and inside the wardrobe. Our keys weren't in the lockbox some resident had it.
