"Our stay couldn’t have been better! The property is located 1/2 block off the beach and access to the beach is extremely convenient and close! Parking was readily available despite possible shortages of spaces. My party had 3 adults (friends) and my original reservation with 2 doubles was intended to accommodate 4 adults but I upgraded my reservation to a larger room with 3 beds total. That was the best decision because although we are friends, sleeping in the same bed with another (unrelated) adult is less than optimal!"

"I had a wonderful stay at Chatham Tides from Sunday to Monday and can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. A special thank you to Russell and MaryEllen for their outstanding hospitality—they truly made my stay memorable. My room was sparkling clean, comfortable, and had the most idyllic oceanfront location. Waking up to the sound and view of the ocean was absolutely perfect. Monday turned out to be a gorgeous beach day, and the manager very generously offered me a late checkout so I could enjoy a few extra hours by the water. That thoughtful gesture really exemplified the exceptional level of customer service at Chatham Tides. The only suggestions I'd offer are providing a little more guidance on where guests can find bottled water, and perhaps adding a late-night snack or vending option for those midnight cravings. Neither took away from what was an excellent experience. Overall, this was a lovely stay with exceptional hospitality in a beautiful setting. Five stars—I can't wait to come back!"

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Mooncussers‘s Tavern. The fact that it was built in the 1700s was really of interest to us. The food in the restaurant was great submit. Would’ve been great if they served breakfast also but will definitely be back."

"Great family run cottages, it is clear that the hosts take pride in maintaining the property and taking care of their guests. The location is private yet central to explore the Cape. I enjoyed daily walks with our dog to downtown Harwich (about 3/4 of a mile away). The small beach within walking distance was very convenient. There is a common area for guests next to the pool that has daily complimentary breakfast, beverages, and an ice machine. We very much enjoyed our stay!"

"Loved my 5 night stay at The Inn on the Beach! The office staff are welcoming and friendly. I was in “The Brewster” which was perfect as a solo traveler, or it would be a quaint romantic getaway for a couple. Patio was great place to hang out. Inside, queen bed and pillows were comfortable and rain shower head delightful. The best part of my stay was walking right onto the beach…absolutely divine! The Inn supplies beach towels, chairs, loungers, umbrellas for each day as an amenity which is so convenient. There are many restaurants in walking distance and food trucks in public beach parking lot next to Inn…nearby for quick hunger or thirst quencher during the day. I am looking forward to annual retreat at The Inn next summer!! Highly recommended!"

"For a large group this property is fantastic. If you like to play tennis, swim at a poool, hang out by a firepit, and or grill at an outdoor bar waving Fiffa world cup 2026 this is a great house.Delmar was great to work with.It is an an older house and you need to remember this was built in the late 1800's.The kitchens were great. If I could spend someone elses money I would convert many of the bathtubs to stand up showers"
