“Ken was really amenable to our slightly chaotic arrival time logistics (we had people travelling from across the country, and traffic caused it's issues), which we were really grateful for.The house itself offered the perfect space for what we needed but was SO cold on arrival. Ken had put the heating on and lit a fire shortly before we arrived but the house was far off warming up and many of the radiators weren't particularly effective (we suspect bleeding some of them would have helped but……
