"Absolutely superb in every way. I will stay here again. On arrival I was shown the bar, restaurant and lovely garden by the receptionist. Facilities are everything I wanted and the staff so helpful and welcoming. Five stars in every way."

"The room was spotless and featured a balcony with views over the sea. Attention to guests every need were in the room. Huge bath with a shower, backlit mirror, glass tumblers and wine glasses, penny of tea,coffee and biscuits. The bed was so comfortable and it was quiet too. Lovely friendly hosts. "

"Very good spotless room and facilities good location very helpful owner Tristan helped in taking my case for me as stairs were quite steep very quiet location highly recommended would definitely stay again"

" Tracey was a brilliant hostess: friendly, helpful and always cheery. The breakfasts were excellent and while the room was somewhat compact, it had everything you need, including a very comfy bed! Stairs were a challenge, especially to one who has dodgy knees! Also, parking is an issue, although there is a dropping off zone. In all, a lovely stay and would return when next in Hastings."
