「We absolutely loved this property! Our group was two families, 4 adults, 17 year old, 8 year old (birthday boy!), and 7 year old. The house is adorable, very clean and amazing open concept living room/kitchen area with a large table that could seat everyone and more! Very well stocked kitchen, keurig machine/coffee bar/separate drink fridge area.The beach is a very short walk over the sand dune- led directly off the back deck straight to the path. Even in prime beach season, it wasn’t crowded...

「clean and right on the beach」

「We stayed for a week mid-May, family of 5. Property was as described and pictured. Classic beach/lake house vibe. Plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances. New towels. Great pool with plenty of loungers. There is a very short walk over thru the dunes to the beach, right behind the house, the beach is very quiet and clean, lots of wildlife, crabs, birds....We visited some other beaches further north and this one was much cleaner and much less crowded. Maybe one group of people every 300-400...

「Spacious 2 bedroom with twin loft. There are 4 window A/C units: Bedrooms (2), Open Loft (1) and Kitchen area (1). Very hot when arrived because maids leave units off, but surprisingly COOL after a some time. Temp was very comfortable and I'm an A/C gal. Towels provided and Bed Made...awesome! Highly recommend.」

「This was our first family trip since my siblings and I have had kids. Our parents and one grandparent were able to come so we had 4 generations in one house which was super special. The house exceeded our expectations. I’m OCD about cleanliness and was pleasantly surprised with how neat and clean it was. Vino is very easy to communicate with. We hope to be back very soon!」

「The house and property were fantastic. Scott was always quick to answer any questions or issues we had. Having access to the water was a big plus. The bugs weren’t as bad as other reviews said, but we were there at the end of June. Normal mosquitoes and a few horse flies, but you’ll find that anywhere near the water. We had kayaks delivered from a local rental company, which I recommend. They have their own private boat ramp if you have your own boat as well. The property is big and private....

「We really enjoyed our stay. There were a few small issues day 1 that maintenance responded to immediately. They were quick and friendly. The house it's self had a good layout and decent bedding. The water was hot for the shower so that was great. Water pressure was decent. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all week. 」
