「Just 5 mins walk from T2 of Manchester Airport. My kid was with us. For some reason there was no more room for 3 of us. The staff was able to make an arrangement to offer us 2 double bedrooms instead. I appreciated that flexibility. The hotel is like new and everything is clean and comfortable. Although the room is not big, I am very happy. I like the breakfast too. The croissants and brie chess are great. 」

「We stayed here for a treat for our 25th Anniversary, and mentioned this when we checked in. When we came back from our evening meal, Jhudith from the Front Office Team had arranged a lovely surprise in our room - balloons, some fizz, some chocolate and a lovely message. Such a nice, personal touch was really appreciated.
