“Great little find, staff were super helpful. There was parking at the hotel, albeit only a few spaces, room was quiet and clean. I can’t believe it was so cheap for one night and in a great location for Shrewsbury, only a 10 min walk over the bridge. I would say the bed wasn’t super comfortable and the pillows were not to my liking. Due to the hot weather the room wasn’t that well ventilated but a fan was provided which was welcome. I feel these are only minor and my preferences rather than……

“Despite a lack of dedicated parking, the Parking is plentiful with an NCP directly opposite. Room and public areas are immaculate. The staff were very welcoming and the cooked breakfast was excellent, less so the continental choice.”

“Stayed for one night while travelling around Wales and surrounding area. Can't fault the service or room booked. Room was very warm with only a small table fan provided. The room was directly above the pub, so very lound and noisey with the football on. The food served was very nice and 10% off 👍 I would recommend if staying in the town centre.”

“Great location. The hotel is almost next door to the railway station. The room is clean, warm. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only drawback is that there is no lift and the staircase is very narrow, which made carrying four suitcases upstairs a real challenge.”
