Stylish & spacious apartment in great location

We loved Matt’s place and were just sorry our stay was so short. It’s welcoming and comfortable - was equipped with everything we needed and the location was perfect for exploring the Borders. Will definitely stay again on future trips.

Red Close in Hawick

From the outside, a very traditional old building with a close, high on a hilly road with a bunch of steps. Indoors beautifully modernized, very spacious rooms, all mod cons, including washer dryer. Well worth the climb, and views of the town and surrounding hills spectacular. I only regret we stayed but one night.

Hawick Apartment stay

We found the home to be a very nice size with ample room for us. The recent upgrades and renovations were very well done. We did have a bit of difficulty navigating the one way streets for the parking situation. Parking lot across the street was close and free during our stay which was very good. Parking nearly by on the street would have been a challenge. The property was in an area urban renewal. Was well within an easy walk to the High Street.

Great short stay break

Clean and tidy spacious flat with all the mod cons. Quiet location yet convenient to the town's main street. Good directions to the flat and parking places. Very accommodating host and the large bowl of fresh fruit together with other provisions were much appreciated.

An excellent and well presented property with great facilities.

We loved the personal touches and the high standard of fixtures and fittings. The owner made sure we were able to find it easily and the best place to park. The bedroom was very comfortable and the sitting room and kitchen very spacious and well laid out. The owner really had thought of everything!

Trip to Hawick area

Very well presented and comfortable flat. Excellent kitchen with all the equipment you could possibly need - generous starter pack too. Great wood burning fire in living room. Very comfortable bed. Powerful shower. Great place to return to after strenuous days walking around the Borders.

Great flat, great host!

Very clean and comfortable flat which is very modern and cosily furnished! The kitchen had everything you need. We didn’t expect a welcome Package-this was awesome! Very comfortable beds. Fantastic Luxury Accommodation

We spent a week here in October and it was a great choice. The furnishing, decoration, facilities and appliances are excellent. The kitchen had everything you could need, the lounge was a great place to relax; including a wood burning stove and high-end TV. Finishing touches and details made the difference too. Perfectly clean throughout and the owner was in touch to make sure everything was OK. And the WiFi was fast and reliable - always a consideration for our two teenagers.

Short stay to drive around borders with my mum if 70 yrs. Perfect. Great Netflix for films. Brights spacious living room and kitchen. Everything you need to cook. Enjoyed a full breakfast. Great pan and cooker. Bedrooms beautifully designed as is entire flat. Thoughtful in every room.

Beautiful apartment

We loved this property so much and we were made to feel very welcome by Maciej, both prior to arrival and - as we got there a little early - when we arrived. The place is beautiful, stylish, well kept and spotlessly clean and it was a pleasure to spend time there. From the little artistic touches to the quality of the sheets, we were very impressed. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing break in Hawick.
