Ocean Nest - Pet Friendly

Ocean Nest is located within the magic square of Hawks Nest, a highly sought after area. This light-filled home offers open plan living spaces flowing out onto the sun-filled deck, a delightful space for an afternoon BBQ or early morning cup of coffee.

Walking distance to many local attractions such as Jimmy’s Beach (use the shortcut walking tracks for quick access), Bennett’s Beach, the shops and the Myall River.

Surrounded by leafy gums, the property offers a peaceful and relaxing space to help you truly unwind. This holiday home ticks all the boxes, allowing for the whole family to take a beach break including the furry friends.


Important Points

-Minimum fence height 1350mm.

-You need to BYO sheets, pillowcases and all of your towels.

-Strict no party or function policy.

-Windows can only be opened 12cm due to Strata NSW legislation/limiters.

-This is not a serviced apartment, you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries, etc.

Disappointing

We had to book this townhouse in a rush, after the last Stayz host cancelled on us at the last minute, and there was not much choice. This could be a great property, as it's in a great location, close to the beaches and shops. However it was pretty tired, and really (and I do mean really) dirty. I would recommend taking all your own mattress covers, blankets, and pillows etc. Thankfully the Real Estate agent did waive the cleaning fee, but it really needs a thorough spring clean. Please note there is no WiFi either.
