“We initially booked an apartment with this hotel and relied on our experience of staying in their hotels in the past to choose this staying here. That was a huge mistake. The hotel rooms are VERY different to the apartments on offer and I should have read the reviews on trip advisor before booking. We went through staying in 2 apartments within 2 nights of a 7 night stay before being allocated a hotel room for the remainder of our trip. The first apartment was extremely rundown with stained……

“noisy rooms... can still vividly hear people's laughter at middle of night. the drainage of water in bath tub is bad... big fly in the room... ineffective and nonfunctioning air conditioner in room... very cold room.. finally I asked for a change of another room. ”
