The Roost - Sun Room

The Roost - Sun Room is a licensed guest room located 2 blocks from Healdsburg's central plaza in a quiet residential neighborhood. The Sun Room occupies a corner of a historic 1860s farmhouse with a separate secluded porch and private entrance.

The Sun Room boasts luminous natural light and rustic amenities . Our property's proximity to downtown offers guests the opportunity to soak up Healdsburg's small town charm charm and world class food, wine and culture just outside their doorstep. The Sun Room is always just a short walk away for a peaceful moment between wine tastings or before dinner. It's that close!

What a beautiful and restful place! I felt like I was at home. I sat on the private porch in the evenings- it was lovely. We could walk to the square in two minutes. Very comfortable bed!

Great Location in Healdsburg

The Roost's Sunroom was lovely. Exactly as described. Ann & Colin were super hosts. They were attentive without being overbearing. Very kind people. The best thing about this charming property though, is its location. Just a few short blocks to all downtown spots. If we get an opportunity to visit Healdsburg again, we would definitely return to The Roost!
