"Lots of reviews talk about the entrance being weird, and yea it’s kind of strange to have to go the basement to get to elevators, but I never felt unsafe. It was really simple to check in. Once you have your key fob you can go in and out of the resident entrance and avoid having to walk through the parking garage.
