I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. 「Overall this property worked for what we needed it to. Pros were the great price, in a decent area not busy city, could come and go as we wished. Cons were the WiFi was spotty, there were dead ants on the window sill, no cups for the Keurig, shower always got water outside of it because of the gaps in the glass. 「The property host was easy to get a hold of and addressed issues quickly. There wasn’t a coffee pot in the cottage when we arrived, so I alerted the host and he provided a new one that evening. When I alerted him that the A/C wasn’t working he did refund for the last two nights. He was apologetic and tried to have it fixed immediately, however he was not able to. Not for lack of effort. The only downsides were, the backyard property and yard surrounding the cottage needed to be cleaned up....
